Hemostatic Sponge - Hemospon - 10 units
It is a lyophilized collagen (gelatin) hemostatic sponge of porcine origin, resorbable, highly porous, with hemostatic and healing action. Especially indicated during and after dental surgical procedures (such as conventional dental extraction, removal of embedded or impacted teeth, removal of cysts and tumors, biopsies, etc.) for obtaining local hemostasis, especially when the control of bleeding by ligation or conventional procedures is ineffective or impractical. Hemospon also acts by keeping the blood clot in the surgical stores, protecting the bed from wounds and accelerating the healing process, thus preventing postoperative complications.
